Marinate the beef with salt, pepper, sesame seed oil, egg, cornstarch, and oil.

Boil the noodles in water until submerged, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Stir-fry the beef in oil until medium cooked. Set aside. In a wok, heat oil and add onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, bean sprouts, mushrooms, snow peas, and water until vegetables are submerged. Add noodles to the wok. For the sauce, add oyster sauce, pepper, sesame seed oil, sugar, and soy sauce. Return the beef to the wok and stir-fry.
