
Baked Salmon with Dill
Oven-baked salmon fillets with butter, garlic, lemon, and fresh dill — juicy and ready in 15 minutes. This quick and healthy dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C 200 °C · 392 °F · Gas 6 · Medium heat (400°F 204 °C · 400 °F · Gas 6 · High heat).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the juice of half the lemon, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh dill.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking tray.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each salmon fillet.

Cut the remaining half of the lemon into thin slices and place a slice on each fillet.
