    Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside. In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and set aside.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and Birds-eye chillies and stir-fry for about 20 seconds until just starting to turn golden. Add the sirloin steak and stir-fry for 1 minute until seared and starting to brown. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another minute, then add the noodles and the sauce. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until well combined and piping hot.

    Stir in the basil and remove from heat. Serve immediately to avoid overcooking.
