Peanut Butter Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 350°F 177 °C · 350 °F · Gas 4 · Medium heat (180°C 180 °C · 356 °F · Gas 4 · Medium heat).

   In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well combined.

   Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.

   Flatten the cookie balls with a fork to make a criss-cross pattern.

   Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
