In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, and salt until smooth.

Stir in butter or vegetable oil, or grease the pan with them before frying each pancake.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in the batter, swirling the pan to spread evenly.

When the pancake edge starts to lift from the pan and the top is no longer wet, flip and cook briefly on the other side.
