Chicken Fajita Mac and Cheese
Creamy macaroni with chicken fajita flavors, sautéed onion and peppers, and a cheesy finish, finished with parsley.

In olive oil, fry onion, red pepper and garlic until translucent. Push the vegetables aside and add the chicken; season with fajita seasoning and salt; cook until lightly colored.

Add heavy cream, chicken stock, and macaroni; bring to a simmer.
