Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C 200 °C · 392 °F · Gas 6 · Fuego medio (fan 180°C 180 °C · 356 °F · Gas 4 · Fuego medio / gas 6) and fry the sausages in a non-stick pan until browned.

Step 2: Drizzle 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in a 30 cm x 25 cm x 6 cm deep roasting tray and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
