Preheat the oven to 180 C (Gas 4) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the cashews and icing sugar. Add the egg yolks and orange blossom water and mix to a smooth paste.

Shape the paste into small balls, roll in icing sugar, place on the tray, and press an almond into the center of each.
