Malaysian Pancake (Apam Balik)
A quick Malaysian dessert pancake folded with a sweet filling. It combines a milk and egg batter with flour, sugar and a light peanut butter touch, cooked on a hot pan and served warm.

Whisk together milk, oil, and eggs.

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture; mix until smooth.

Pour batter onto a hot pan and spread to form a thin layer; cook until small air bubbles appear (30-60 seconds).

Add butter, creamed corn, crushed peanuts, and sugar on top of the pancake; fold in half when the bottom is browned.
