Air Fryer Egg Rolls
Crispy air-fryer egg rolls filled with pork and vegetables, rolled in egg roll wrappers and cooked until golden and crisp.
Pasos
- 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook ground pork until cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes, breaking apart as it cooks.
- 2
Add garlic, ginger, carrot, scallions, and cabbage; cook until cabbage wilts and is soft, about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
- 3
Season filling with soy sauce and rice vinegar, then remove from heat and let cool.
- 4
Place a single egg roll wrapper on a dry surface with one point facing you. Place about 1/4 cup of filling in the center, moisten edges with water, fold over and roll tightly to form a cylinder.
- 5
Repeat until filling is used up, yielding roughly a dozen egg rolls.
- 6
Place egg rolls in the basket of your air fryer, lightly brush with oil, making sure they don't touch. Air fry at 350°F 177 °C · 350 °F · Gas 4 · Fuego medio for 6–7 minutes, flip, brush the bottom side with oil again, and cook for 4–5 minutes more until golden brown and crispy.
- 7
Serve immediately with your preferred dipping sauces (duck sauce or plum sauce).
